Education where ever you are

Which country you have your education in doesn't matter. Studying overseas is merely an account that you have a good welfare and are wealthy enough to study overseas but as an overall, it neither reflects intelligence or ability. All education is generally the same. It's just the environments of living and understanding that are different. Not much else.
Any country's education can be good. The government just have to want to do something about it.
They shouldn't be stubborn. Hiring even overseas specialized teachers is worth it. After all, it's for the sake of the country.
